Join the True team as a Lead HVAC Technician
True AC of Southwest Florida is hiring a Lead HVAC Technician to lead air conditioning and heating service calls, maintenance visits, and system installations for residential and commercial properties across Southwest Florida.
You will serve homeowners and businesses in Port Charlotte, Englewood, Punta Gorda, and nearby Southwest Florida communities, diagnosing and repairing all major makes and models and holding every job to the True standard.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems of all major makes and models
- Lead installations and replacements of AC systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups to keep systems efficient before peak cooling
- Check refrigerant levels, electrical components, thermostats, and airflow to spec
- Direct and mentor helpers on service calls and installs
- Keep records of work assignments
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license
- Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Work well independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
